Discord User Data

Discord Guild (Server) Data

  2. Guild names and profile pictures
  3. Bot feature configurations (e.g., command settings or preferences for enabled features)

Note

Xeno Bot does not store server-wide settings or moderation logs unless directly linked to bot features.

2. How We Use Your Data

We collect data to: 1. Enable and improve the Bot’s usability (e.g., saving preferences or enabling custom server features).
2. Maintain statistics for the bot's performance and usage.
3. Troubleshoot errors or issues through logging.
4. Gather feedback to improve the Bot.
5. Ensure a better overall user experience.

Tip

Data like commands used or logs may be analyzed in aggregate to improve the Bot’s features and performance.

3. Data Retention and Storage

Data Retention

  • Data collected by Xeno Bot is stored indefinitely to support features like preferences, command statistics, and configurations.
  • If a user or server discontinues the use of Xeno Bot, their data will not be automatically deleted. Users may request deletion (see section 5).

Storage and Protection

  • All stored data is securely protected and accessible only to us (Devvyyxyz and the development team).
  • Discord services may store some data based on their systems' functionality.

Warning

While we take every precaution to protect your data, users should also be aware of Discord's own privacy policies and guidelines.

4. Data Sharing

  • We do not share your data with any third parties.
  • Data collection is strictly limited to improving and operating Xeno Bot.
  • Discord may store certain data (e.g., content sent via messages or interaction metadata) based on their platform systems.

5. User Rights

At any time, users have the right to: 1. Request to view the data collected about them by Xeno Bot. 2. Request that their data be deleted from our systems.

To exercise these rights: - Open a ticket on our official support server.
- Provide your user ID and details about your request (e.g., data deletion or data view request).

We will respond to these requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Note

Data removal requests are permanent and cannot be undone.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted publicly at the same location. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how their data is handled.

Tip

Continued use of Xeno Bot after changes to the policy constitute agreement to the updated terms.
